Founder & Consulting Director.
Kaity is a management and human resources consultant, focused on business scaling, leadership development, operational and accounting efficiency, and human resources guidance. Markle consulting was born out of Kaity's passion for supporting local businesses, expertise in implementing sustainable change, and ability to make order out of chaos.
Kaity is a trusted resource with years of experience offering consultative support in the private sector. With a masters in business administration (MBA) specializing in strategic management and a certified human resources professional (CHRP) designation, Kaity acts as an all-in-one resource to help companies grow from both a business and HR perspective. Whether you're wondering if your business meets compliance regulations or questioning if you're maximizing profits, Kaity's got you covered.
When she's not working her magic for a client, Kaity can be found on local hiking trails with her two dogs, Stanley and Stella. Being in nature gets Kaity's creative ideas flowing, if she's not busy listening to a true crime podcast.

Meet Adrianna,
Management & Human Resources Consultant.
Adrianna is a management and human resources consultant, focused on policy and procedure development, strategic planning, and project oversight and implementation. Throughout her career she's had experience in communications, community engagement, crisis management, executive support, fundraising, and HR.
Adrianna's professional background is primarily in the public sector, with five years of experience working in higher education, and previous healthcare experience. Adrianna holds a masters in business administration (MBA) with specializations in organizational behaviour and human resources management, as well as strategic management, and a certified human resources professional (CHRP) designation. Adrianna is known for her ability to provide creative solutions to complex problems and deliver impressive results.
When it's time for a break from project deliverables, Adrianna can be found with her nose in a book, checking out a local patio, or tending to her house plants.

Meet Allison,
HR Specialist
Allison is a human resources specialist focused on full-cycle recruitment and people operations. Her previous work experience has allowed her exposure to conflict resolution and de-escalation, community support, employee relations and Human Resources.
Allison's professional background includes 10 years of experience in the hospitality industry. She has her Certified Human Resources Professional (CHRP) designation, holds an honours bachelor's of commerce degree from the University of Guelph and a post-graduate certificate from Seneca. Allison is easy to converse with and is known for her people skills and her ability to effortlessly connect with people and build relationships.
In her free time, Allison enjoys decorating cakes, binge watching workplace tv comedies, getting lost in a good book over a hot beverage and attending music concerts.

Meet Robin,
Human Resources & Office Assistant.
Robin is a human resources and office assistant, focused on supportive and orderly workflow and HR guidance. Throughout her career she's held upper management positions with involvement in HR, office administration, customer service, executive support and small business management.
Robin's professional background is primarily in the private sector, with over five years spent working in distribution, and previous hospitality experience. Robin holds an undergrad degree and a college diploma in human resources management. She is known for her efficient workflow, organization, solid communication skills, attention to detail and ability to make life easier.
Outside of work, Robin can be found enjoying cocktails and dinner with family and friends, walking her dog, Otis, searching for the latest home design trends or at the rink watching her two boys play hockey.

Meet Patty,
Books Management Specialist.
Patty is a books management specialist, focused on organizing and optimizing our clients' books. Patty is experienced in managing the books and preparing month-ends for clients in industries such as private lending, industrial rental properties, and non-profits.
Patty has extensive experience working in the bookkeeping field and graduated with a degree in business administration with a designation in accounting, audit, and information technology. She is knowledgeable and dedicated and loves optimizing processes so clients achieve maximum value.
Patty spends her days making memories with her husband, son, dog and cat. She loves alpacas, a good glass of wine, true crime documentaries, and her Cricut.

Meet Jaclyn D.,
Manager, Books Management.
Jaclyn is the Manager, Books Management, providing internal support to the books management team, as well as ongoing monthly support to our books clients. She is focused on tidying up complicated books and getting clients on a robust monthly system. Her accounting experience in both the private and public sectors is invaluable for clients.
Jaclyn's skill set is diverse, having managed the books for clients in a wide range of industries, including insurance, education, real estate, veterinary services, and retail. She holds a business diploma and bookkeeping certification from Conestoga College, and is also a member of the advisory committee overseeing the bookkeeping program at the college.
Jaclyn loves a good challenge, from bungee jumping to ziplining. In her down time, you can find her binge watching true crime documentaries and snuggling her two dogs, River and Hayes.

Meet Chareese,
Books Management Specialist.
Chareese is a books management specialist with a strong passion for numbers and maintaining excellent organizational skills. Her clients always feel supported as she has many years of hands-on experience with small business.
Chareese's professional background in accounting involves experience in the real estate technology field and project costing in a manufacturing environment. She holds a Business Administration-Accounting Diploma from St.Clair College.
When Chareese isn't working, she loves to spend her time with her husband and two children. You can often find her hanging out in the backyard or watching her children play sports in an arena or on the field.

Meet Jaclyn M.,
Books Management Specialist.
Jaclyn is a books management specialist with a background in finance, a Business Administration diploma from Conestoga College, and 4 years of experience in multiple finance positions for a retail business. She also has experience in the real estate industry as a licensed mortgage agent.
In her spare time, Jaclyn can be found at a yoga or barre class, reading, or spending time with loved ones and her dog, Levi.

Meet Daiana,
Books Management Specialist.
Daiana is a books management specialist who holds a degree in business administration with a designation in accounting. She is bilingual, speaking both English and French fluently. With a professional background working in the private sector, Daiana has acquired over 15 years of experience managing books and preparing month-ends for clients in various industries such as transportation, retail, insurance and construction.
Daiana love's to bake, so when she's not at work you will find her baking something delicious to enjoy with her family, reading a book, or spending time in nature.
