Adrianna is the Manager of Human Resources & Operations, focused on policy and procedure development, strategic planning, and project oversight and implementation. Throughout her career she's had experience in communications, community engagement, crisis management, executive support, fundraising, and HR.
Adrianna's professional background is primarily in the public sector, with five years of experience working in higher education, and previous healthcare experience. Adrianna holds a masters in business administration (MBA) with specializations in organizational behaviour and human resources management, as well as strategic management, and a certified human resources professional (CHRP) designation. Adrianna is known for her ability to provide creative solutions to complex problems and deliver impressive results.
When it's time for a break from project deliverables, Adrianna can be found with her nose in a book, checking out a local patio, or tending to her house plants.
Human Resources Specialist.
Allison is a Human Resources Specialist, focused on full-cycle recruitment and people operations. Her previous work experience has allowed her exposure to conflict resolution and de-escalation, community support, employee relations and Human Resources.
Allison's professional background includes 10 years of experience in the hospitality industry. She has her Certified Human Resources Professional (CHRP) designation, holds an honours bachelor's of commerce degree from the University of Guelph and a post-graduate certificate from Seneca. Allison is easy to converse with and is known for her people skills and her ability to effortlessly connect with people and build relationships.
In her free time, Allison enjoys decorating cakes, binge watching workplace tv comedies, getting lost in a good book over a hot beverage and attending music concerts.
Human Resources & Office Assistant.
Robin is a Human Resources and Office Assistant, focused on supportive and orderly workflow and HR guidance. Throughout her career she's held upper management positions with involvement in HR, office administration, customer service, executive support and small business management.
Robin's professional background is primarily in the private sector, with over five years spent working in distribution, and previous hospitality experience. Robin holds an undergrad degree and a college diploma in human resources management. She is known for her efficient workflow, organization, solid communication skills, attention to detail and ability to make life easier.
Outside of work, Robin can be found enjoying cocktails and dinner with family and friends, walking her dog, Otis, searching for the latest home design trends or at the rink watching her two boys play hockey.

Mico is a Manager of Books Management, focused on offering guidance to the books team and providing continuous support to our books clients. He is dedicated to ensuring that clients' financial records are meticulously maintained, providing them with a clear understanding of their financial situation, and enabling them to effectively steer their business towards growth and success. Mico’s experience founding his own accounting firm and catering to a diverse clientele across multiple industries has enabled him to be a valuable asset to the books team and our books clients.
Mico first dipped his toes into the world of numbers and finances during a bookkeeping co-op in high school, and it was love at first ledger. This experience steered him towards pursuing an Economics degree at Wilfrid Laurier University where he took a deep dive into accounting courses, furthering his financial knowledge. At one point curiosity led Mico away to explore different professional avenues, but the call of bookkeeping and management has beckoned him back.
On his days off, Mico cherishes the time spent with his wife, their two daughters, and loyal dog. He’s passionate about mixing and sharing cocktails, something that has become a favourite way to connect with friends. Mico also enjoys being immersed in nature, whether it's through a peaceful hike or fishing at nearby lake or river; either provide him with a breath of fresh air and a chance to recharge for the workweek.

Chareese is a books management specialist with a strong passion for numbers and maintaining excellent organizational skills. Her clients always feel supported as she has many years of hands-on experience with small business.
Chareese's professional background in accounting involves experience in the real estate technology field and project costing in a manufacturing environment. She holds a Business Administration-Accounting Diploma from St.Clair College.
When Chareese isn't working, she loves to spend her time with her husband and two children. You can often find her hanging out in the backyard or watching her children play sports in an arena or on the field.
