What’s our commitment? Markle Consulting strives at all times to provide its goods and services in a way that respects the dignity and independence of people with disabilities. We are also committed to giving people with disabilities the same opportunity to access our goods and services and allowing them to benefit from the same services, in the same place and in a similar way as other customers.

How do we follow through on this? We are committed to making Markle Consulting a welcoming and inclusive company for all to access services. We do this by training our employees in AODA and IASR, respecting, facilitating, and encouraging the use of service animals, assistive devices, and support persons, providing notices of disruptions to our services which may impact persons with disabilities, and utilizing various modes of communication to meet our clients’ needs. How can you provide feedback? Our goal is to meet and surpass the expectations of all of our clients. Feedback on our services regarding how well those expectations are being met are welcome and appreciated. Those who wish to provide feedback on the way Markle Consulting provides goods and services to people with disabilities can email hello@markleconsulting.ca. Folks can expect to hear back within 2 business days.

What about policy changes? Any policy of Markle Consulting that does not respect and promote the principles of dignity, independence, integration, and equal opportunity for people with disabilities in accessing our goods and services will be modified or removed. We will make changes to our policies from time-to-time to reflect changes to applicable legislation or in our business practices. We’ll be sure to update our website accordingly.
